Overview

The Controllership Finance Analyst is a dynamic role critical to the Controllership team, overseeing financial accounting and reporting for the GENUSA joint venture and providing guidance to international branch analysts.

In Short

• Oversee GENUSA JV accounting and prepare monthly financial packages.
• Coordinate with international analysts, consultants, and auditors.
• Serve as the main contact for annual audit requests.
• Support JV Board meetings with financial presentations.
• Resolve transactional issues for international branches.
• Process commercial orders for project setup and revenue recognition.
• Document policies and procedures for operational controllership.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in ad-hoc controllership assignments.
• Work independently across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum three years of accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience with public accounting and auditing.
• Familiarity with IFRS or international statutory reporting.
• Oracle ERP experience desirable.
