Consultant, Claims - Indemnity Specialty (Silica) - Remote

Overview

This position involves managing specialty claims primarily related to silica, asbestos, and other toxic torts, while providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• Eight years of specialty claims experience preferred.
• State licensing where required.
• Relevant professional designations desirable.
• Superior knowledge of claims practices.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Knowledge of insurance contracts and regulatory issues.
• Experience in environmental claims is preferred.
• Leadership skills and competencies.
