Overview

This position is a leadership role within Nationwide’s Property and Casualty team, focusing on strategic initiatives in property underwriting performance, particularly in E&S/Specialty and Commercial Lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 15-25 years of commercial lines property underwriting experience.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM preferred.
• Strong decision-making and technical underwriting expertise.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Comprehensive market experience in property underwriting.
• Proficiency in underwriting complex risk structures.
• Strong understanding of catastrophe risk management.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
