Overview

The Underwriting Specialist at Amerisure is responsible for underwriting and managing a portfolio of new and renewal accounts, focusing on informed risk selection and pricing decisions to align with profitability goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years underwriting experience in commercial middle market insurance.
• CIC, CPCU, AU designations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills with all organizational levels.
• Ability to build positive relationships.
