In Short

• Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
• Establish and report key metrics across HR and Recruiting.
• Maintain compensation data in HR systems.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for decision-making.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Partner with leaders to review job descriptions and salary recommendations.
• Support annual merit increase and bonus cycles.
• Ensure HR data integrity through regular audits.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams for data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR compensation-focused role.
• 3–5 years of data collection and analysis experience.
• Experience with commission and variable compensation plans.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel.
• Familiarity with compensation survey tools is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ADP preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
