In Short

• Act as a key contributor in managing and executing accounting tasks for various clients.
• Collaborate with Staff Accountants, Controllers, Directors, and Shared Service Specialists.
• Utilize platforms such as QuickBooks, Bill.com, and NetSuite.
• Execute balance sheet account reconciliations with supporting schedules.
• Maintain comprehensive supporting schedules for accruals and fixed assets.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare sales tax returns and year-end 1099s when necessary.
• Foster the growth and development of Staff Accountants and junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Maintain the general ledger in compliance with GAAP.

Requirements

• Solid experience in balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in cloud-accounting platforms like QuickBooks, Bill.com, and NetSuite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong team collaboration and client communication skills.
• Public accounting or client service business experience.
