Senior Accountant - Remote

In Short

• Ensure recording, monitoring and reporting general and technical accounting activity.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Be familiar with core accounting sections including leases and fixed assets.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Perform timely reconciliations for key accounts.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
• Participate in interim and annual audits.
• Stay current on accounting principles and regulations.
• Support junior staff as required.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Experience with complex multi-national and multi-currency frameworks.
• Good understanding of local GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Good communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• High attention to detail and desire for continuous improvement.
• 4+ years of working experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently.
• Curious, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.
