Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accountant provides leadership to the accounting team, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and improving departmental efficiencies.

In Short

• Oversee accounting team and operations.
• Monitor team performance and conduct reviews.
• Ensure quality and compliance of financial reports.
• Implement improvements in workflows and processes.

• Coordinate onboarding of new business clients.

• Strong knowledge of Yardi and/or MRI software preferred.

Requirements

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.
• Exceptional delegation and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and mentor others effectively.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
