Overview

The Channel Marketing Specialist will own and scale member engagement through email and lifecycle marketing, driving enrollment, activation, and retention with targeted campaigns.

• Own email and lifecycle campaigns for member engagement.
• Build and optimize campaigns in HubSpot and Customer.io.
• Develop automated lifecycle journeys for acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of segmentation and customer journeys.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance.
• Comfortable with A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams.
