Overview

The Business Segment Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations related to Title services, managing both onshore and offshore teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

In Short

  • Supervise and mentor staff in Title services operations.
  • Manage production operations across multiple counties.
  • Conduct performance management and development for team members.
  • Analyze financial performance and improve unit cost performance.
  • Ensure clear communication of goals and responsibilities.
  • Drive process improvement and problem-solving activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate costs.
  • Handle customer requests and complaints effectively.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and analysis.
  • Travel to offsite employee locations as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of directly related experience.
  • 2+ years of management/leadership experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with various stakeholders.
  • Experience managing large teams, both on-site and remote.
  • Title Examiner background is required.
