In Short

• Define and manage the product roadmap for security platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance security posture.
• Gather requirements and define specifications for ServiceNow enhancements.
• Act as the primary liaison between Information Security and technical teams.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of security products.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements for efficiency and risk visibility.
• Define success metrics and track performance of security workflows.
• Support governance processes related to platform updates.
• Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow security modules.
• Promote best practices in platform configuration and usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or security engineering.
• Experience with ServiceNow, especially in security modules.
• Strong understanding of Information Security domains.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear requirements.
• Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Project and program management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
