Overview

The Senior Intelligence Consultant (SIC) is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the deployment work set forth in the applicable Professional Service Package for Sales Intelligence product and successful completion of the project.

In Short

  • Work with Strategic and Upper Enterprise accounts to ensure strategic priorities for Sales Intelligence are incorporated into trainings.
  • Stakeholder in project success and Customer’s adoption of Sales Intelligence.
  • Align with key stakeholders on sales training timeline, implementation goals and KPIs.
  • Understand current Customer sales process and help recommend best practices to implement sales workflow using 6sense.
  • Customer advocate to explain foundational setup configuration and considerations for successful sales roll-out.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service while navigating customer needs and challenges with scope of project.
  • Provide tailored enablement and training to Sales Intelligence users and leadership to ensure successful adoption by sales team.
  • Coordinate transition from 6sense sales implementation team to on-going Customer support team at completion of project.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Intelligence or related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
