Overview

Premier Research is looking for a Manager, Clinical Operations (Central Monitoring) to join our Global Clinical Strategy and Delivery team. You will help biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies transform life-changing ideas and breakthrough science into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics.

In Short

• Manage Central Monitor employees within clinical operations.
• Ensure project teams meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Act as audit representation for Risk Based Quality Monitoring.
• Support bid defence and sponsor escalations.
• Participate in recruitment and professional development of employees.
• Direct the development of departmental performance metrics.
• Champion Central Monitoring within the organization.
• Provide advanced knowledge of clinical research standards.
• Encourage teamwork and develop team capabilities.
• Utilize analytical software for project management.

Requirements

• Recognized undergraduate degree or equivalent required.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Nursing or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years clinical research experience.
• At least 3 years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Proven people management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with analytical software (Tableau, Spotfire, Cluepoint).
• In-depth knowledge of ICH/GCP E6/R2 and E6/R3.
• Ability to guide staff through major changes.
• Strong teamwork and capability development skills.
