In Short

  • Lead Imaging Sales across hospital and non-hospital markets.
  • Drive strategic growth and manage key customer relationships.
  • Ensure implementation of sales strategy and targets.

  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Deliver quarterly business reports to the Zone General Manager.

  • Willingness to travel 50% or more as required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of management and sales experience required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in capital equipment hospital sales.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and customer focus.
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful experience in a related field.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and large quotas.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
