In Short

• Design a treatment plan using computer and manual computation.
• Identify and contour normal and dose-limiting structures.
• Supervise simulations and tumor localization using imaging devices.
• Communicate with the radiation therapy team regarding treatment plans.
• Perform calculations for accurate delivery of prescribed doses.
• Document all pertinent information in patient records.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiation safety required.
• Experience with Eclipse software is mandatory.
• Board Certification by the MDCB preferred.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Expertise in radiation oncology and medical physics.
• Knowledgeable in healthcare informatics.
• Ability to work with various imaging devices including CT, MRI, and PET.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and teams.
• Proficiency in image registration with multiple data sets.
• Ability to perform calculations for treatment accuracy.
• Understanding of clinical guidelines and medical terminology.
• Experience in planning and implementing treatment devices.
• Willingness to meet Vendor Credentialing requirements.
