Overview

The Technical Lead at 3PILLAR GLOBAL will drive project delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable software solutions while collaborating with clients and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js and FastAPI.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Docker/Kubernetes, RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, Kanban, and Jira.
• Technical leadership experience.
• Familiarity with OWASP.
• Initiative in mentoring engineers.
• Experience with Gen AI, LLMs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is desired.
