Overview

The Technical Lead at 3PILLAR GLOBAL is responsible for leading software development projects, ensuring high-quality code, and facilitating communication with clients to drive project success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js and FastAPI.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ and Git/GitHub.
• Experience with Kanban and Jira.
• Strong technical leadership skills.
• Understanding of SOLID principles and OWASP.
• Good English proficiency.
• Additional experience with Gen AI, Cloud services (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
