• Develop and refine strategies for acquiring research data from scientific laboratory instruments.
• Engineer and operationalize custom file parsers to handle diverse instrument output formats.
• Architect and implement robust data models and scalable data pipelines.
• Create comprehensive unit and integration tests, and modular utility libraries.
• Perform comparative analysis of datasets generated by similar instruments or workflows.
• Create visualizations, reports, and interactive dashboards leveraging various platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in similar fields.
• 3+ years working in Python and SQL with a focus on data.
• Experience with data plotting dashboarding tools like Streamlit, Tableau, Jupyter Notebook is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate effectively with teams.
