As a Principal AI/ML Architect at 3Pillar, you will lead the design and implementation of AI and ML systems, driving innovation and business value across products in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field with 12+ years of experience.
• Expertise in AWS SageMaker and Python.
• Strong grasp of AI architecture patterns.
• Experience with MLOps frameworks.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with large datasets in production environments.
• Knowledge of machine learning theory and methodologies.
• Experience with APIs and containerization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Published research in top-tier conferences is a plus.
