Senior DevOps Engineer - Managed Services - Remote

Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at 3Cloud, you will be part of a managed services team responsible for supporting and maintaining client Azure platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.

In Short

• Support Microsoft Azure infrastructure for clients.
• Analyze and resolve incidents escalated from monitoring teams.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding technical issues.
• Install and configure client systems in Azure.
• Manage cloud-based tools for cost, security, and compliance.
• Execute monthly maintenance plans for Azure infrastructure.
• Create and maintain documentation for client environments.
• Promote best practices within the team.
• Engage in weekly client discussions about ongoing issues.
• Provide consultation and reports on cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud servers and services.
• Experience in a 24x7 managed services environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience with Windows and Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, and Terraform.
• Understanding of security and compliance management tools in Azure.
• Strong communication skills and client relationship management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
