Senior Developer (Windows) - Product Security - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Developer on our Device Security squad, you will play a key role in implementing the next generation of security features in our applications, and help shape our security operations and best practices.

In Short

• Work within a small team of developers specializing in Rust, Go, Swift, and Security Development.
• Implement new security features for the next generation of 1Password.
• Assist in security design efforts and scoping initiatives for new features.
• Demonstrate leadership in security development.
• Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems.
• Collaborate with teams across the hybrid core architecture.
• Mentor junior and new team members.
• Review code for others to maintain high code quality.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in security development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development with a security angle.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Windows security development.
• Experience with Rust development and creating FFI interfaces.
• Familiarity with TPM and HSM functionality.
• A strong understanding of security domains and common threat vectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
