Manager, Gainsight - Remote

Overview

As the Manager of Gainsight, you will own the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of our Gainsight platform, enabling our teams to work smarter and deliver more value to customers.

• Own and optimize the Gainsight platform for Customer Success outcomes.
• Design scalable processes and programs for customer journey management.
• Partner with CX and CS leadership to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Deep understanding of customer journey and retention strategies.
• Manage user enablement and drive platform adoption.
• Lead Gainsight-related initiatives from planning to reporting.
• Build alignment across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
• Stay current on Gainsight capabilities and industry trends.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure processes and governance standards are documented.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience administering Gainsight and CRM integrations.
• Hands-on expertise in Gainsight CS functionalities.
• Experience with data modeling and analytics in Gainsight.
• People leadership experience of at least 1-2 years.
• Ability to guide teams through change management initiatives.
• Experience leading Gainsight-related initiatives end-to-end.
• Gainsight Administrator or related certifications.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, or advanced analytics.
