Overview

The Demo Engineer at 1Password will work closely with cross-functional teams to create demo assets that enhance the customer experience. This role focuses on building tailored demos for Solutions Engineering and Sales teams, ensuring effective governance and maintenance of demo assets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to popularize technical information for a general audience.
• Great presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with demo creation platforms, preferably Reprise.
• Familiarity with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Strong autonomy and project management skills.
• High adaptability and attention to detail.
• Understanding of analytics to measure content effectiveness.
• Bonus for experience with Identity and Access Management tools.
