Customer Success Manager, SMB - Remote

Overview

The Customer Success Manager at 1Password will guide SMB customers through their lifecycle, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment in security and privacy while building long-term relationships.

• Manage a large book of business in a Customer Success role.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in a Customer Success role in a SaaS or Tech environment.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience guiding customers through their lifecycle.
• Ability to manage data and activity of customers.
• Engagement in customer advocacy initiatives.
• Contribute to the success of the Customer Success team.
