In Short

• Support the rollout team in preparing, executing, and following up on B2B software rollouts at our national and international locations.
• Analyze software adoption in our branches using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and support them in efficiently using our B2B system landscape.
• Create and develop training and formats to ensure smooth software rollouts across all 1KOMMA5° locations.
• Prepare meetings, presentations, and conduct data migrations (including data mapping and data cleansing).

Requirements

• You are enrolled at a university and can support us for 20 hours a week.
• You study Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• You have experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel - ideally also with Google Workspace, Miro, and/or Notion.
• You possess strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• You work proactively and never lose the joy of work - even in a team.
• You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (C1/C2).
