Join our tech team at 1KOMMA5°, contributing to the migration of installation companies onto a centralized Google Workspace environment, enhancing digital transformation.

In Short

• Support planning and execution of Google Workspace migrations.
• Collaborate with System Engineers for technical delivery.
• Act as a liaison between Workplace IT and local stakeholders.
• Create guides, FAQs, and onboarding resources for end-users.
• Organize onboarding sessions and Q&A meetings.
• Monitor project progress and gather feedback.
• Contribute to change management efforts for Google Workspace tools.
• Assist in setting up dashboards and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in university, ideally in relevant fields.
• Available for approx. 20 hours per week.
• Fluent in German (native or C1+).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Very good English skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace or IT projects is a plus.
