• Provide expert 1st and 2nd level support for sales and operations tech stack.
• Own support tickets from initial report to final resolution.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve product quality.
• Create documentation and build knowledge bases for user enablement.
• Experience in Technical Support or Application Support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with complex software issues.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zoho.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Proactive and empathetic problem-solver.
• Work remotely within Germany.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a Technical Support or similar role.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Knowledge of VoIP tools such as Aircall.
• Ability to read logs and identify patterns.
• Strong sense of ownership and collaborative spirit.
