Overview

This internship position at 1KOMMA5° offers the opportunity to support operational processes within a dynamic scale-up focused on renewable energy solutions. You will gain insights into how central services are designed and optimized in a growing company.

In Short

• Support operational execution of Shared Services (e.g., vehicle procurement and management).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance services.
• Create price comparisons and assist in supplier negotiations.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and various tasks like research and presentation preparation.
• Seeking students enrolled in business administration or related fields.
• Full-time support for 6-12 months starting May 1st.
• Experience in procurement or project management is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Structured and self-motivated work style.
• Opportunity to work remotely or from new offices in Hamburg, Berlin, and Munich.

Requirements

• At least two semesters at a German university in business administration or related fields.
• Ability to support full-time for 6-12 months or part-time for 15-20 hours per week.
• Previous experience in procurement or project management is advantageous.
• Structured, careful, and independent working style.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite, quick to learn new tools.
