Indirect Procurement Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Indirect Procurement Manager, you will own sourcing strategy and execution across key indirect spend categories (e.g., SaaS, professional services, marketing, and corporate spend). You will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and business functions to drive cost efficiency, mitigate risk, and improve supplier performance.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across assigned indirect categories.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and functional leaders to translate business needs.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and supplier selection.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships.
• Apply total cost of ownership principles to inform decisions.
• Deliver measurable cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure sourcing decisions are compliant and well-documented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing.
• Proven track record of leading negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with ERP and procurement tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
