Controlling & Business Development Operative (m/w/d) - NordWest Region / Hamburg - Remote

Overview

At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform 'Heartbeat' to create a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations, significantly increasing the profitability of interconnected customer systems.

In Short

• Ensure efficient use of existing systems and optimize processes.
• Continuously analyze the organization to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Responsible for performance controlling and financial monitoring & forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with regional leaders and the global finance team.
• Control assembly efficiency and analyze profitability of individual orders.
• Track and enforce open receivables to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Support regional branches in implementing strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in collaboration with executives and presenting financial information.
• Willingness to travel within our locations in the Northwest.
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ideally experience with LucaNet and DATEV.
• Team-oriented work style and high initiative.
