Commercial Management Lead (m/f/d) - NordWest Region / Hamburg - Remote

Overview

At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform “Heartbeat” and creating a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaic systems, power storage, heat pumps, and charging stations of our customers, significantly increasing the profitability of interconnected customer systems.

In Short

• Lead and further develop commercial processes in the region
• Responsible for operational performance
• Build, implement, and optimize efficient controlling structures
• Manage performance and project controlling in close collaboration with other leaders
• Analyze contribution margins, installation efficiency, and order profitability – and implement concrete measures for improvement
• Financial planning, forecasting, and liquidity management in coordination with the central finance team
• Project responsibility for strategic special topics in the region

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, or other qualifications
• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, commercial management, or operational responsibility
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to lead operational topics with a strategic perspective
• Experience in collaboration with executives
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ideally experience with LucaNet and DATEV
• Willingness to travel within the region
