Overview

The Account Executive plays a key role in our growth in Germany and the broader DACH region.

In Short

  • Manage the entire sales cycle for potential clients from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Conduct product demos online or on-site to convince general contractors of 12Build.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
  • Develop customized features that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and product teams to shape our product and sales strategies.
  • Continuously achieve and exceed sales targets and relevant KPIs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (native level) and very good English skills.
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally focused on B2B customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven communication and sales skills.
  • Experience or strong interest in the construction industry is a big plus.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style with strategic thinking and operational implementation abilities.
  • Driver's license class B and willingness to be on-site with potential clients in the DACH region about 20-30% of the time.
