The Regional Business Director for Oncology will lead commercial strategies and account management for key accounts within the Heartland region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• BS in life sciences; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in hematology/oncology.
• Strong sales management skills and track record of revenue achievement.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in coordinating patient and provider support services.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
