Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will act as a subject matter expert in patient support and reimbursement for the Dupixent Business Unit, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and effective strategies for patient access.

In Short

• Work as a critical member of the Sanofi Patient Support Services organization.
• Develop and execute strategies for patient access to Dupixent.
• Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Establish relationships with key customer segments.
• Conduct HCP office visits to facilitate patient access.
• Maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape.
• Achieve compliance with Sanofi policies and legal requirements.
• Travel approximately 50% within the assigned geography.
• Support patient pull-through efforts for Dupixent.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Experience in specialty biologics and pharmacy benefit reimbursement preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflict.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various teams.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and trainings.
