Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), Dupixent - Remote

Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will serve as a subject matter expert in patient support and reimbursement processes for the Dupixent Business Unit, working to improve patient access and support.

In Short

• Act as the primary contact for patient support services related to Dupixent.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance patient access to Dupixent.
• Establish relationships with key customer segments to improve support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Educate healthcare office personnel on reimbursement processes.
• Maintain knowledge of payer landscape and specialty pharmacy criteria.
• Conduct HCP office visits to facilitate patient access.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage conflict and build strong working relationships.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned geography.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Experience in Dermatology or respiratory and/or Market Access is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel for meetings and trainings as necessary.
