Overview

The MuleSoft Account Executive will work with Higher Education institutions, driving digital transformation strategies using the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform while engaging with C-level executives.

  • Focus on Higher Education institutions in the Southeast region.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and value realization from Salesforce investments.
  • Engage with existing customers and new leads.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
  • Assist in long-term account strategy development.
  • Work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Utilize warm leads and whitespace prospecting for opportunity development.
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts.
  • Participate in personalized training and career opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full cycle sales experience.
  • At least 5 years in Enterprise Sales.
  • Experience in selling technical platforms preferred.
  • Integration / API market awareness.
  • Management of large key accounts.
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of customer business objectives.
  • Experience in account planning and execution.
  • Leadership experience in extracurricular or volunteer roles is a plus.
