Overview

As a Customer Success Advocate at 1-800 Contacts, you will empower customers to easily order contact lenses and provide exceptional service while working remotely from approved states.

In Short

  • Start Date: Monday, August 11, 2025
  • Location: Train and work remotely from approved states (North Carolina, Texas, and Utah)
  • Training: 3 weeks (M-F, 10 AM–5 PM MST, 100% attendance is mandatory)
  • Full-Time: 40 hours/week
  • Shifts: Afternoon/evening shifts, including 1 required weekend shift each week
  • Pay: $15/hour + bonus potential up to $6/hour

Requirements

  • 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
  • Inbound sales and Contact Center experience a plus!
  • Goal-getter mentality
  • Fun, friendly personality
  • Reliable internet connection with specified speeds
  • Computer literacy skills with typing speed of at least 40 wpm
  • Private, dedicated workplace for confidentiality
  • Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality
  • Must reside in approved locations: North Carolina, Texas, and Utah
