  • Work week typically 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual, English/French
  • 1 – 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center is a definite asset
  • Good computer skills and accurate keyboarding skills
  • Experience using Customer Service software, such as SAP, CRM
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on time
