Systems Operations Architect - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Systems Operations Architect to design and scale the operational infrastructure supporting our global go-to-market execution. This role will lead the modernization of existing reporting and workflow systems—transitioning from Google Sheets and Zapier into developer-backed, API-driven platforms anchored in Power BI.

In Short

• Eliminate manual and Zapier-based workflows by designing API-driven automations.
• Redesign legacy Google Sheets frameworks into structured, scalable Power BI data models.
• Partner with engineering to build pipelines from Salesforce and operational platforms into centralized dashboards.
• Act as liaison between Product, Operations, Data, and Development teams.
• Ensure transformation accuracy, prevent schema drift, and maintain ≥ 99% data quality.
• Proven success leading systems migration or product operations initiatives in SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, Power BI architecture, and workflow automation.
• Strong communicator able to document workflows, train managers, and drive adoption.
• Complete SOPs, diagrams, and version logs across all systems.
• ≥ 95% of roadmap items delivered as scheduled.

Requirements

• Proven success leading systems migration or product operations initiatives in SaaS or high-growth environments.
• Strong record of on-time delivery for operational or reporting transformations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, Power BI architecture, and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience migrating from no-code/low-code tools (Sheets, Zapier) into developer-backed systems.
• Skilled in pipeline design, schema governance, and automation strategy.
• Effective partner to engineering and product teams, translating business needs into system architecture.
• Strong communicator able to document workflows, train managers, and drive adoption.
• Comfortable balancing technical detail with business priorities to influence decision-making.
