Remote Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a remote Customer Service Representative, who will be responsible for ensuring the movement of freight by our carriers is coordinated according to our customer’s needs.

In Short

• Manages the customer board by calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries.
• Emails/calls clients when shipments are delivered.
• Tracks and traces merchandise for updates.
• Enters pro number and obtains PODs after shipments are dropped off.
• Provides PODs to billing.
• Delivers distinct customer service for key clients.
• Requests missing PODs from carriers.
• Provides daily reports to key clients.
• Informs dispatchers of delivery appointment requirements.
• Supports dispatchers with data entry as needed.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience.
• Languages: Spanish and English are mandatory.
• Communications will be 60% in Spanish and 40% in English.
