Affiliate & Influencer Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a high-performing Affiliate & Influencer Manager with at least 3 years of proven success in managing and scaling affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, preferably within a regulated environment such as fintech, crypto, trading, or CFDs.

In Short

• Manage and scale affiliate partnerships
• Act as the main point of contact for affiliate/influencer partners
• Source and onboard KOLs and influencers
• Analyze affiliate performance data
• Develop promotional campaigns to maximize ROI
• Maintain communication with affiliates
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
• Implement SEO and backlink strategies
• Research new link opportunities
• Demonstrate performance data from previous success

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to drive ROI through partnerships
• Strong understanding of CPA models and campaign performance
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or trading preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
