The company is transitioning from agency-led influencer initiatives to a robust in-house paid influencer and affiliate program, and we’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Influencer & Affiliate Growth Manager to lead the charge.

In Short

• Identify, onboard, and manage high-converting influencers and affiliates.
• Drive revenue growth through impactful partnerships across various platforms.
• Lead affiliate management through Levanta Partners.
• Negotiate strategic contracts with performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop high-converting campaigns.
• Create tracking links and analyze performance data.
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate management.
• Proven ability to manage influencer and affiliate relationships.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks and performance tracking.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Data analysis experience with key performance indicators.
