Senior Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

The ASG GTM Team drives revenue across OpCos (operating companies) through the use of repeatable and scalable GTM processes which are rooted in data, technology, and enablement. We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator who orchestrates the development of Salesforce/HubSpot environments as well as integrated GTM systems at both ASG and our OpCos to enforce our desired GTM process.

In Short

• Serve as our CRM expert for Salesforce/HubSpot projects across the ASG portfolio
• Maintain and enhance ASG’s Salesforce environment
• Create a repeatable playbook for deploying standardized Salesforce environments
• Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices
• Standardize data structure across the portfolio
• Work cross-functionally to create and maintain reporting and dashboarding
• Mentor OpCo team members in technology and delivery of applications

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Salesforce Administration
• Proficient in both Administrator and BSA skillsets
• Strong in Flows and SOQL/SOSL, with familiarity in Apex
• Verifiable certified Salesforce professional: Advanced Administrator or equivalent
• Demonstrable practical experience beyond Salesforce certifications
• Strong alignment with ASG Core Values
