Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager with exceptional project management skills to oversee and expand our HIT & Data Strategists Program.

• Oversee and manage the HIT & Data Strategists Program.
• Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Conduct project prioritization and gap analysis.
• Serve as a liaison to manage relationships with the Vaccines Sales Teams.
• Create compelling presentations for stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
• Organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project KPIs and deliver regular status updates.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Strong project management skills and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP).
• Excellent data analysis and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
