Overview

As the Health Information Technology (HIT) Solutions Navigator, you will spearhead Sanofi US Vaccines' customer co-creation strategy, developing innovative HIT solutions that address both customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience with large healthcare organizations.
• 5+ years in health information technology, marketing, or commercial field.
• 2+ years building customer-facing HIT assets and solutions.
• Proven track record leading multi-level operations plans or key projects.
• Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience with digital health platforms and healthcare CRM systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current HIT ecosystems and interoperability standards.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Commercial and marketing background with operations experience in pharmaceuticals/vaccines.
