Field Reimbursement Manager, Pulmonology and Gastroenterology - Remote

Overview

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be the field subject matter expert relating to patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeal, financial assistance, and other business related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit.

In Short

• Work as a subject matter expert on patient support programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales teams.
• Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Establish relationships with key customer segments.
• Develop business plans to support access to Dupixent.
• Conduct HCP office visits for pull through efforts.
• Maintain knowledge on local and national payer landscape.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Drive patient access initiatives and support financial assistance programs.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required, preferably in life science or business.
• Minimum 7+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Ability to travel for meetings and trainings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork.
• Valid driver's license.
• Compliance with Sanofi-Genzyme policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
