The Data Strategy Program Manager at Citi is responsible for managing multiple teams and executing functional strategies to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience, with 8+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in program/project management.
• Experience managing large, strategic cross-functional projects.
• CAPM, PMP, PgMP certification or MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of the industry and competitors.
• Excellent communication skills for senior level negotiation.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
