Overview

The Associate Director, National Account Operations plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence within the Market Access team, driving successful account implementations and managing gross-to-net operations across national accounts.

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech Market Access.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 50% travel expected for key meetings and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Access or Commercial Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. payer systems and specialty pharmacy.
  • Proven project management and operational leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance evaluation.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
