This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across the organization, driving training initiatives and supporting customer success through technical training and content development.

In Short

• Deliver Zscaler technical courseware and certification programs online and in-person.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert.
• Configure and troubleshoot training environments.
• Manage remote training labs and online services.
• Collaborate with internal teams for training content development.
• Support customer success initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to discharge.
• Approval from unit commander is required.
• MOU must be approved before start.
• At least 18 months of Zscaler product experience preferred.
• Experience as a technical instructor in relevant fields.
• Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
• Interest in course development and instructional design.
• Experience designing and developing hands-on training exercises.
