Zscaler is looking for an experienced Principal Professional Service Consultant to join our Professional Services team, responsible for delivering best practices guidance and solutions for customer deployments.

In Short

• Be a customer’s 'Go-To' resource for ZS deployment.
• Deliver best practices guidance for managing ZS deployment.
• Help with customer specific requirements and provide solutions.
• Answer questions about product capabilities, features, and configuration.

Requirements

• 15+ years' experience in similar positions.
• Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP, and MS Active Directory.
• Experience in Network and Security solutions and customer-facing roles.
• Experience in deploying, maintaining, or troubleshooting networking, firewall, and security solutions in enterprise environments.
